Shipping
Every piece is printed to order, then shipped. Most orders leave within 5 to 10 business days, and a tracking link is emailed as soon as yours is on its way.

Returns and replacements
Because each piece is printed just for you, we cannot take returns for change of mind or the wrong size, so please check the fit notes below before you order.
If something arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will make it right. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a free replacement. No need to send the original back.
Sizing and fit
Wordmark Tee
Relaxed, boxy fit on a heavyweight garment dyed blank. Between sizes? Size down for a closer cut.
Heartbreak Crop Tee
Boxy and cropped to sit at a high waist, with oversized sleeves. Take your usual size for a relaxed fit.
Every product has a size chart with exact measurements right under its size buttons. Lay a tee you already love flat, measure across the chest armpit to armpit and from the top of the shoulder to the hem, and compare. Still unsure? Email us and we will help you pick.
Care
- Turn it inside out and wash cold with darks.
- Hang dry, or tumble dry on low.
- Never iron directly on the print.
- Rinse out salt water after a session so the black stays deep.
Giving
Valentine Tide gives 10% of its profits to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that funds research, education, and support for people and families affected by suicide.

Privacy
Payments run through Stripe Checkout, so we never see or store your card number. We use your address only to print and ship your order. If you join the list, we use your email to announce drops and nothing else. We never sell your data, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
